F​ounded in 2008, we began our journey by offering local landscaping, grading, and excavation services in Sturgeon County, Alberta and the surrounding areas. With a dedication to quality and a passion for growth, we expanded our focus in 2018 to land development in British Columbia.

​

In 2023, we returned to our roots in Sturgeon County, Alberta, reimagining our approach to meet the evolving needs of the community. Today, Westbrook Developments specializes in land development, multi-family construction, custom homes, and project management. With each project, we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
